My name is Leng Buna I was born in 1986. I have 3 brothers and 3 sisters. Most of them are married, except
me. But I am going to marry in December 2019. I am the fifth child in my family. My father is a farmer and my mother is a farmer, too. I am from Pou village, Tbeng Commune, Kampong Svay District and Kampongthom province. In 2005 I moved to live in Battambang for 10 years. In 2006 I started studying English at Association  for Knowledge Development (AKD). ThenI become an English teacher there for 2 years. I finished my high school 2010 and I started study at University of Battambang (UBB). My major is English. I graduated in 2014. Therefore, I worked as a teacher at English Second Language (ESL) for 1 year. And In 2015 I worked as a teacher at Specialists International School (SIS) at Kamdal province for 3 years. 2018 I went back to my homeland to help my parents’ work as a farmer for 1 year. And now I am working as a teacher in Tassel Organization of Cambodia in Battambang province. TASSEL is an Organization that focuses on helping, caring, loving and sharing the medicine to the old people and the poor families. Especially educate the poor children by teaching them. There are five branches TASSEL nowadays. They are: The first TASSEL brunch is located in Rattanak Battambang town. The second TASSEL brunch is located in Banon District. The third TASSEL brunch is located in Snoeng Commune Banon District. The fourth TASSEL brunch is located in Jeban, Rattanakmondol District. The fifth TASSEL brunch is located in Kamping Pouy Banon District. And TASSEL new brunch is starting a new building. It is located in Samlot District. There are a lot of students are learning in each brunch and all students no need to pay money for their
study at TASSEL. And a lot of teachers are teaching now. All teachers are kind, friendly, lovely, morality and
helpful. This is the first my experience and it has made me change everything in my life. I have learnt so much from TASSEL, all Khmer and foreign teachers’ commitment is very good. And TASSEL’s consistent guidance helps me to increase my potential in work. TASSEL showed me the path of brighter world, which makes me able to grasp this opportunity. Working in TASSEL has been a privilege. TASSEL’s mentoring has shaped up my professional life. Even since I have started to work in TASSEL under leadership of teacher Joji and all teachers; I have learned a lot which really helps me to become a better person. And we enjoy work with our team. I have a lot experiences from TASSEL. I will sacrifice on my best to change my poor country through teaching, education and sharing the advance knowledge to the under generators to be better in the future.
